Several weeks ago, my friend Barbara sent me an emergency request for prayer. She specifically asked me to have Mary Ann and my prayer partners pray for her. Barbara was going in for surgery she never expected. It was serious and there were complications.  When Mary Ann heard the request, she posted it as soon as she could among the July petitions on cwoz.org. Barbara reported back to me when she had her post surgery follow-up with her doctor. She asked me to thank Mary Ann and all of you. Her doctor was amazed at how well she was healing, especially the speed with which she was healing. So, thank you, thank you, thank you on behalf of my friend. And please keep those prayers coming for Barbara because she has severe health issues and lives in a care facility that caused the very issues that necessitated the surgery in the first place. God bless Mary Ann and all my CWOZ sisters!
